How text voting credits are counted?

With all plans, you have set numbers of text credits assigned to your account. Each text message of 160 characters to one recipient is one text credits.

For each text vote by user and a response (up-to 160 characters) to confirm their vote, is counted as one credit. If you have 1000 text credits balance on your account, you can receive up to 1000 votes.

Remember, some credits might get used if you have a poll with start and end date time and people started voting early or voted after poll closed, they might get poll not started and poll ended messages. These will be counted against your used credits as well.

To check your SMS credit status, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to Dashboard using your credentials
  2. Click on SMS credit status

**We don't count incoming text against your credits. But we do expect to have incoming and outbound in reasonable proportion, you can't have 1000 inbound messages but zero outbound. In such cases your inbound will be also accounted for used text credits.**
