Keywords allows customers to interact with your services, to retrieve on demand information, for example about the weather, business locations, today's specials etc. A keyword identifies your campaign and shall be short and intuitive, for example send 'Golf' to register to the Golf club. Here Golf is the keyword that allows your customer to register to the gulf club. Before using a keyword in your campaign, you should always check for the availability of the keyword.
Please note that there shall not be any special characters like _, #, $ etc in your keywords.
