How to Check Status of sent text messages?

To view the status of the broadcast text message follow these steps
  1. Logon to the Dash board website.
  2. On the Navigation Panel click on to "Sent Messages" Link.
  3. Select the Date range for which you want to view report.
  4. Select your SMS account.
  5. Click run, you will be able to view status of all sent messages from your account.
  6. If you want to filter the report by mobile number you can enter the mobile number in the mobile number text box and click run.
  7. You can also export these report in Excel format for your future references.
