How to create a Reporting only user?

Prerequisites: Multi-users account feature must be enabled.

In multi-users environment, every user have access to only their messaging data, such as campaigns, sent, received and Broadcast messages except for the users in the Admin Group.

In order to create a User with only access to messaging reports of all users without giving access to the Account administration and billing information, follow these steps:

1. Go to Manage Account-> Manage Users. Click on Manage Groups.


2. Create a New Group "Reports", if one doesn't exists.

3. Press Save and Click on Entitlements for the "Reports" Group. Now assign only Reporting access to the Group.



4. As final step, go to the user account to whom you want to assign Reporting only access and uncheck all assigned Groups and check only "Reports" Group
